CHEESE BREAD

1-Cheddar Cheese Bread

Cook time: 30 minutes ⃒ Serves: 12 ⃒ Per Serving: Calories 220, Carbs 29.7g, Fat 7.5g, Protein 7.9g

Ingredients:

Buttermilk – 1 ¾ cups.

Cheddar cheese – 5 oz, shredded

Butter – 3 tbsps.

Baking soda – 1 tsp.

Salt – 1 ¼ tsp.

Flour – 3 ½ cups.

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400 F. Spray two 5*9-inch loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside. In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add 2 tablespoons of butter into the flour mixture and mix until well combined. Add cheese and buttermilk and mix until dough forms. Divide dough into the prepared loaf pan. Slice remaining butter and place on top of loaves. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Once loaves are done, remove the loaf pans from the oven. Allow them to cool for 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
